Mr. Zenner avails his home and
his cellular phone numbers to clients whose issues are more emergent. Coverage of his office phone (989-9350) is by himself, his secretary or by answering machine. He has a standing agreement with his professional peers, Emilia Bellone, L.C.S.W. and Carmer Falgout, L.C.S.W. to provide back-up coverage. In the event all of the above are to no avail, the client is asked to use a local emergency room.
